Founder and Paraclet Network

Maître Mathieu Sassi, avocat fondateur de PMS AVOCATS

After working in-house as the legal director of an incubator and within the judiciary – in a correctional chamber and a specialized section of the Public Prosecutor's Office against organized crime – Mathieu SASSI was admitted to the Paris Bar and founded PMS AVOCATS and the Paraclet network.

PMS AVOCATS and the professionals of the Paraclet network (lawyers, legal counsels, chartered accountants, bailiffs, associations) practice their profession with a specific mindset: one of justice, conciliation, and, when necessary, strength, to defend the client's interests.

The founder, Mathieu SASSI, holds a degree in private law from Paris-Sorbonne University and a degree in security and crisis management from the Institute for International and Strategic Affairs (IRIS). He also taught corporate law for several years at the Catholic University of Paris.
